What are your shipping details?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update with USPS or UPS.
What is considered a Final Sale?

Undergarments, accessories, swimwear, and sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
My coupon code isn’t working. Why?
Coupon codes may expire and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or sales. If your code isn’t working, please contact us for assistance.
How will I know my order has been placed?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder. For additional help, email hello@olivemodeboutique.com.
What if my order hasn’t been delivered?
First, contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at hello@olivemodeboutique.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, we’re unable to make changes once your order has been placed.
How do I process a return?

Can I use a gift card online?
Yes! Gift cards are available online. Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to redeem them.
What is your store policy?
Items purchased online or in-store may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Can I receive store credit instead of a refund?
At this time, we do not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for refunds. Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please email hello@olivemodeboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
Have you received my return, and how long do refunds take?
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return after it arrives. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to post, but this may vary depending on your bank. If you don’t see your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, please contact your financial institution.
