To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving your item at. firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of a return or exchange. You must return your item within 14 business days from the date of delivery. We don’t provide return shipping label at the moment.
We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with the tracking number. We will NOT be responsible for any lost packages.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package
Please attach a photo along with your email and then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Colors: Garments might lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Following the care instructions attached to the garment might avoid loss of color or seepage of color onto other parts of garment or other garments. Care for the garment is customer's responsibility and the quality of the fabric or the color of the garment is not warranted by OLIVE MODE.
Size: Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible to check for the actual size of the garment by trying it on and making sure that they fit.
The garments we carry are hand selected and meticulously inspected for top quality. We stand behind our products proudly and would never intentionally sale anything that’s not up to par.
The Olive Mode Team has the right to to reject any items requested for return item or exchange based upon the discretion of the OliveMode team based upon the guidelines of the return policy.
Return packages will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:
- All return packages must be received within 14 business days from date of delivery
- All items must have the original tags attached
- All items must be in good, unworn condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
- Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.
- Shipping Fee is not refundable
- We only provide prepaid return labels for items that were originally sent to you: in the wrong size, are damaged, or wrong style.
- We don't provide shipping label at the moment.
- Undergarments can NOT be returned
- Sale items can NOT be returned
- Accessories are Final Sale
Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, or a combination of the two). You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are instant.
