How to Mask
Apply to freshly cleansed, dry skin, leave for 20-30 minutes. Remove eye mask and lightly pat the remaining serum into the skin.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at hello@olivemodeboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Once approved, your item must be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date.

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels, except in cases where an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was sent.

We recommend using your local postal service and providing us with a tracking number. OLIVE MODE is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please attach a photo to your email. Once the item is returned and inspected, a replacement will be shipped (if available). If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if return requests meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be received within 14 business days of delivery.

  • Items must have original tags attached and be in new, unworn condition (no stains, rips, odors, or damage).

  • Undergarments, accessories, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant.
